“The property itself was done to a good standard but was very sparsely furnished and was not like the photos showed. The check in process prior to arrival is extremely tedious but once completed arrival was smooth”

“I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. The shared facilities were good, lovely lounge. Beds were not that comfortable to be honest. Garden and outside areas looked lovely, a bit too cold to use unfortunately. Good quiet location and parking on site. Fridge, microwave and kettle in room was nice. We ate at a nearby restaurant called Lot 25, very enjoyable - good...

“Stephen (the host) was great! Very friendly and welcoming! The room was very cosy, clean, and well equipt. Unfortunately, due to busy work, I was unable to explore the grounds, but I imagine they were lovely. 100% would stay again if working in the area.”
