“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. “Hotel molto elegante e pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi. Televisore senza canali internazionali e sportivi, manca la cassaforte. La pecca più grande è il servizio di pulizia in tempo di covid, che non viene svolto su base giornaliera. Bisogna richiedere alla reception la pulizia settimanale e a me è successo che per due giorni non mi hanno fatto le pulizie per un disguido di comunicazione interno. “Stayed for 1 night on business. Everything was in general fine. Room was a bit warm and no air con meant fans needed to be on all night. Dinner was fair however fish and chips were overcooked not burnt but in the fryer way too long. Lots of training ongoing with new staff so expected a few mishaps. Would stay again if in the area. ”

“Hotel perfetto: in un minuto sei in stazione, con 3-4 bus diversi (che partono da davanti l’hotel) in neanche 10 minuti sei in centro a Cambridge. Sono arrivato alle 9 di mattina, facendomi registrare al loro portale, mi hanno concesso il check in anticipato gratuito. Camera che affacciava sulla stazione ma non si sentiva una mosca. Pulita, spaziosa e letto ultra comodo. Personale sempre pronto. La migliore esperienza avuta con Ibis ”
